Verizon Wireless also obtained an order from the court entitling it to seize any information the defendants may have gathered. "This is not a big breach," said Tom Pica, a Verizon Wireless spokesman. "There were several thousand calls from these companies attempting to get data, and occasionally they succeeded. We discovered the pattern and acted quickly."
